These terms govern your use of this website and the junk removal services provided by Haul Country Junk Removal (“we,” “us”) in Killeen and Bell County, Texas. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to them.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are flat prices based on the information and photos you provide, and are locked once confirmed: if the actual load matches your description, the price does not change on arrival. If the job on site is materially different from what was described (for example, double the stated volume or undisclosed item types), we will tell you before starting and you may accept a revised quote or decline the job at no charge. Published ranges on this site are typical figures, not offers; your binding number is the individual quote we confirm to you.
Scheduling & Access
We schedule arrival windows and make every effort to keep them, with notice if conditions (weather, road closures, prior-job overruns) force a change. You are responsible for providing lawful access to the items and confirming you have the right to dispose of them. For unattended pickups, items must be accessible as described and payment arranged in advance.
Items We Cannot Accept
We do not transport hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, tires, vehicle batteries, asbestos, unlabeled chemicals, biohazards, or ammunition and weapons. Any such items discovered in a load may be left on site. See the full list on the What We Take page.
Disposal, Donation & Ownership
Once items are loaded, ownership transfers to us and we route them at our discretion — donation and recycling preferred, licensed disposal otherwise. Tell the crew before loading if anything must be handled a specific way or set aside.
Liability
We take documented care with your property — padding doorways and covering floors on interior work — and will address any damage caused by our crew’s negligence, reported within 48 hours, up to the amount paid for the job or as otherwise required by Texas law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues discovered during removal, or the condition of items you asked us to remove. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
